Ok. What about if its different industries and you know diff industries with diff pay range.
And also, it can be the same industry but different company paying different salaries.
Every industries has a range of pay for every role, once you do your research, you’ll find it and then negotiate based on it. Most companies (especially the good ones) would offer a figures around the middle/upper range of it.
